王伟 王律师具有华东政法学院国际经济法律硕士学位，并曾就读于浙江工业大学国际经济与贸易专业五年制本科，获经济学学士学位，具备经济学和法学的复合知识结构；熟练使用英语，擅长合同法、公司法、银行法、国际贸易法、海商法、劳动法法律事务，并熟悉国际经济贸易中的国际公约和惯例；曾发表市级论文一篇，获一等奖。 Mr. Wang received his Juris Master(JM)degree from East China University of Polictics and Law,and got his bachelor\\\'s degree from Zhejiang University of Technology on the subject of International Economics and Trade in 2002, and was admitted to law practice in China in 2005. The Bilingual acadamic backgruoud ennables Mr. Wang handle internatioal treade legal issues freely, he Proficient in Contract law、Corporate law、Banking law、Internatioal Trade law、Maritime law、Labour Law, and he familiars with international convention and practice involving in internatioal trade and economics. Mr. Wang has written many articles widely on international matters, one of which won frist award of Jiaxing bar association.
