Norma has finally completed her nursing degree. Now that her education is complete, she decides that she is ready to make some money. She decides to open a gardening supply company. She decides to incorporate, hires a lawyer (Judi) to file the proper documents and an accountant (Lynne) to prepare the financial information needed. She begins to look for a location. She contracts with a realtor(房地产经纪人) (Ralph) to rent a location for a year, and hires a contractor (Ken) to begin the necessary remodeling. All of these contracts are entered into in the name of Garden Delight, Inc. Garden Delight is incorporated soon. Norma, and the other members of the board of directors, meet and agree that the corporation will be bound on all pre-incorporation contracts. Garden Delight opens for business. Unfortunately, Norma is a better nurse than she is a business person. Garden Delight closes within the year. Garden Delight has failed to pay Lynne, Judi, Ralph and Ken.
